Three Ingredients is all you need to make this delicious cake.You can
even keep the ingredients on hand for that last minute get together.
1 box of Angel Food Cake Mix
1 can of Crushed Pineapple
1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
Place your bottom oven rack at the lowest level. Preheat oven to 350.
Spray Bundt Pan or Baking Dish with cooking oil.Sprinkle the brown sugar
all on the bottom of the pan. Mix the Angel Food Cake mix and the
Crushed Pineapple with all the juice by hand for about a minute or until
it is well blended. Pour into Baking Pan/Dish and place dish on Cookie
Sheet Pan. It WILL over flow, so save the clean up. Bake for about 35-45
minutes until toothpick poke comes out clean and the cake has set.
Allow to cool for about 15-20 minutes, Flip on serving dish and presto! A
Beautiful Dessert....many options to do: Top with fresh strawberries
and whip cream, or use mandarin oranges, even peaches...YUM, peaches,
that will be my next one!
